• Skilled in Community organizing,community training, interpersonal relations and communication
• Male/Female, single and not more than 25 years old
• Can handle discussions with groups of different orientations
• Is excellent in both oral and written communication skills
• Excellent in English, Tagalog and Visayan language
• Assertive, persuasive, analytical, positive and result-oriented
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Has willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Must be willing to travel; Willing to be assigned in Tagum, Panabo, Davao and Digos
• Can work alone or with minimal supervision
