Duties and Responsibilities
-Perform schedule of balance sheet accounts as of December 31, 2009
-Analyze balance of previous month for sufficiency of accruals based on actual cost incurred.
-Prepare proposed adjusting entries based on account analysis.
-Print uploaded adjusting entries based on account analysis.
-Print uploaded Journal Entry with corresponding support spreadsheet email as proof for approval of Accounting Manager/CFO.
-Ensure that all finance related documents (BIR, licenses, invoices, Journal voucher) needed for internal and external audit requirements are updated/in place.
-Assist Accounting Manager/CFO in preparation of regional reports.
