I am looking for an experienced flash designer. You must be able to create attractive flash designs with animations from scratch. This includes full flash sites and banner ads as well. Advanced action scripting is a bonus and being able to work with XML is as well. Its much preferred if you work with the latest version of flash. You must be familiar with IAB standard ad sizes, click tags, and be able to create HIGH quality ads efficiently. Good quality ads are attractive, fast loading, and recieve a high CTR for the right reasons (click thru ratio) This position will start on a contract basis and if you are good full time employment is an immediate option after you have proven yourself both competent and reliable.
