Required skill(s): Malaysian – Chinese Cuisine.
Required language(s): English
IELTS (Bands Score: at least 6 across the four components)
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With valid and employment certificates

Job in the Philippines – PLANNING SUPERVISOR, Central Luzon

PLANNING SUPERVISOR
(Central Luzon – Subic Bay Freeport Zone)


Responsibilities:

1. Plans, organizes, and controls the operations and activities of the work unit; prepares and secures approval of the budget in support of such operations and activities.
2. Coordinates with the Sales Departments of foreign affiliates for the purpose of taking orders;  ensures that orders are translated into production schedules by the Planning Associates, provides these schedules to production department, and monitors compliance with production schedules as agreed upon.
3. Receives orders from special clients and prepares the corresponding production schedules to meet their requirements.
4. Checks and reviews prototypes instructions sheet and drawings of new products for the identification of any special process needed for their production.
5. Conducts meeting with related sections and department for any engineering change notice (ECN) that may affect production schedule.
6. Coordinates with related sections  departments on the adoption of remedial action on any production schedule problem encountered.
7. Supervises the undertaking of the monthly finished product inventory.
8. Checks and prepares monthly sales data on the basis of monthly production output, monthly sales output, and remaining products in storage.
9. Finalizes schedules of export shipments.
10. Evaluates forwarders and brokers for pre-qualification purposes; participates in the negotiations for terms and conditions for their engagement; evaluates their performance in company engagements to generate basis for decision to continue or terminate their services for the company
11.  Evaluates new packaging materials to determine their viability for use in export shipments of the company.
12. Coordinates with the customers regarding their requests and complaints related to the shipment of finished products.
13. Supervises and controls planned and intervening activities of subordinate officers and employees concerning the performance of their job functions and completion of task assignments in accordance with prescribed standards, in the process providing motivational approaches and disciplining as needed.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Subic bay free pot zone.
Preferably Supervisor  5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing Production Operations or equivalent.
