Responsibilities:
Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning by employing a variety of appropriate teaching strategies.
Encourage student enthusiasm for the learning process and the development of good study habits.
Uses effective oral and written expression.
Evaluates accomplishments of students on a regular basis using multiple assessment methods such as teacher made tests, samples of students’ work, mastery skills check lists, criterion-referenced tests and norm-referenced tests.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
Required skill: Proficiency in English
With at least six (6) months to one (1) year related work experience
With teaching experience in IELTS and ESL is an advantage
Must be patient, flexible, and dynamic in servicing non-English speakers
Detail-oriented and has high tolerance for stress
Basic computer literacy
Friendly, approachable and well-mannered
Pro-actively seeks to develop professionally
Able to reflect on and learn from experience

WORK SCHEDULES:
AM Shift: 4:45 am – 1:45pm
PM Shift: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Broken Schedule: 5:00am – 8:30am and 6:30pm – 11:00pm
AM Part time: 5:00am – 9:00am
PM Part time: 7:00pm – 11:00pm
