HR/ Training Specialists

1) Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Behavioral Science/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/ Business Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce

2)Male or Female between 21-35 years old

3) With minimum of 1 year work experience in a multinational company

4) Must have exposure/background on HR functions such as Recruitment (screening of applicants and data management, Training & Staff Development,

5) secondary background on general HR work is a plus but not a must (Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labor Relations/ Engagement, HR systems and tools)

6) Prior experience in general management and administration is a plus

7) Computer literate (familiar with excel), VERY GOOD in oral & written communication skills.

Good at multitasking and good people management skills

9) Can work well with all levels of the organization
