Sales Manager Needed
We are interviewing for “Area Sales Managers” & “Individual Sales Representatives” (Independent Contractors) to call on business owners and follow up on sales leads sent from our home office. You will be offering cutting edge, internet technology and enhancements unlike anything currently in the marketplace, designed specifically to promote small businesses all over the country.
Area Sales Managers will receive a 10% commission of all sales commissions generated from their Sales Reps within their area. Area Managers will also receive a residual commission as long as they are still active and in good standing with our company.”
Area Sales Managers can also earn a 25% commission for personal sales generated by their own efforts during the first 60 days from their starting date.
Area Sales Manager Candidates: The requirements for an Area Manager are that they must have sales leadership experience, be a self starter and are entrepreneurial minded to embrace the vision of the company’s mission statement.
Individual Sales Representatives will earn a 25% commission on each sale and will also earn an annual, residual, 25% commission when you secure the next year’s sales contract. This residual will remain in effect as long as you are an active sales person and in good standing with the company. We will also offer an annual bonus-(TBD) based on specific performance.
