Showroom Supervisor – Sanitary Ware
Managing showroom sales activities, ensuring that sales forecasts and inventory levels are met.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the store Merchandising and shelving arrangements
Supervise 2 showroom staff and report to General Manager
Meet and Greet Walk-in Customer & establish relationships
Follow up of quotations or sales leads passed by main office
Ensure that the order processes are executed properly by the staff
Manage activities related to Cashiering and credit sales
Improve products knowledge to meet customer demands
Prepare monthly forecasts, sales reports and inventory counts
Skills
Bachelors degree in Management or related areas
7+ years of past experience in a relevant Retail position
2+ years of management experience
Excellent Computer Skills
Thorough knowledge on Retail and Sales
Fluent in English
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Gloss Inspector
Qualifications:
- Not more than 40 years
- High school certificate with 3 years experience for a minimum of five years in Sanitary ware Manufacturing company
- Should have knowledge in glost inspection, standard ad quality procedure area and especially expose to firing defects of a sanitary ware n detail manner
- Must have thorough knowledge in surface quality inspection and root cause of it.
- Must have aesthetic sense in repairing the ware and fine finishing of epoxy.
- Maintain record the production and defects and give summary in weekly basis.
- Any severe defect unusual in normal basis should be informed immediately to the supervisor.
- Limited use of resin and thinner is preferred as a cost-saving practice.
- Maintain the neat and cleanliness of the section
- Does the job as assigned by the supervisors time to time.
