Professional Virtual Marketing Assistant
Do you love being on the computer and doing online marketing?
I’m a one-woman consulting and speaking business located near Chicago and have used a team of virtual assistants almost from day one.
The skills I need the ideal applicant to know how to use include:
Aweber: HTML layout using existing template
Word Press: software updates & plugins
Paypal
Shopping Cart
Affiliate Programs (set up)
Camtasia or other video editing software
Audacity or other audio editing software
Submitting articles to various online directories
SEO work – keyword research
Online Video posting using TubeMogul.com or other
Social media – Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn
Graphic design – simple, basically copying a current design & using design software to make new CD covers, ebook covers, website banners, etc.
You will NOT be required to do any writing or content creation of any kind, but you might be required to do some basic editing of transcripts into articles or ebooks.
You’ve got to have good interpersonal skills in American English and be self-motivated to get the work done that you are assigned.
Ideally you’ve done this type of work for another author/speaker/consultant in the recent past.
I am not sure how many hours per month I will need you, but am working with another consultant colleague who will likely also need your services and together we will have plenty of work for you to do full time.

The interview process will include email interviews as well as a phone interview (via Skype). I will require 3 professional references and will check all of them. Ideally at least one of your references will be either US or UK based.
