Professional Virtual Marketing Assistant

Do you love being on the computer and doing online marketing?

I’m a one-woman consulting and speaking business located near Chicago and have used a team of virtual assistants almost from day one.

The skills I need the ideal applicant to know how to use include:
Aweber: HTML layout using existing template
Word Press: software updates & plugins
Paypal
Shopping Cart
Affiliate Programs (set up)
Camtasia or other video editing software
Audacity or other audio editing software
Submitting articles to various online directories
SEO work – keyword research
Online Video posting using TubeMogul.com or other
Social media – Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn
Graphic design – simple, basically copying a current design & using design software to make new CD covers, ebook covers, website banners, etc.

You will NOT be required to do any writing or content creation of any kind, but you might be required to do some basic editing of transcripts into articles or ebooks.

You’ve got to have good interpersonal skills in American English and be self-motivated to get the work done that you are assigned.

Ideally you’ve done this type of work for another author/speaker/consultant in the recent past.

I am not sure how many hours per month I will need you, but am working with another consultant colleague who will likely also need your services and together we will have plenty of work for you to do full time.

Influence Online Marketing is a full service internet marketing firm based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our specialty is working with small to medium sized companies and using the internet to increase their local and international business.

We are in current need of an individual that will help to generate leads for our services in the North American market. We’re looking for a new person to market our services because our previous firm was purchased by a larger firm and they amalgamated the services. Unfortunately, the new firm is not able to provide us with the same level of service we received before.

You will be marketing a much needed service in the North American market. Our previous firm had a 7% conversion rate with our request template. We’re looking for an individual that can duplicate this success.

Your job will be the following:

- Contact business owners from 8AM to 5PM EDT

- You absolutely must have strong English speaking skills.

- You must have Skype compatible hardware and must be familiar with using the service

- Will provide weekly and daily reports

- Must have experience with sending e-mails and creating MS Excel documents

You will be paid a base salary and there will be other incentives applied based upon your performance.

The initial contract will be for two weeks and based upon your performance, your service will be extended. Understand that we had an eight year relationship with our previous provider, we’re looking for someone that we can develop a long term relationship with.

All candidates will be interviewed on Skype so please indicate when you are available for interviews. I generally interview from 8:00AM to 11AM your time.
