Telemarketer – Outbound Web Services Lead Generator
Influence Online Marketing is a full service online marketing firm. We generally work with small to medium sized organizations that are looking to leverage the power of the internet to their benefit.
To help some of our smaller clients, we recently acquired a business that lists our clients in virtually 95% of local directories that their clients will use to find them. We are in need of special individuals that can help us market this service over the phone.
Your initial role will be to contact owners and managers responsible for marketing their company. Your objective is to qualify and provide leads to our firm that will eventually become paying customers. Your objective will be to provide a minimum of two qualified leads every day to our firm.
Here are the duties and information about the role:
- You must speak fluent English. A soft accent is acceptable but your English must be very good to excellent.
- You will work a 14 day trial period. If you are able to provide a minimum of two solid leads a day, you will be hired on a permanent basis.
- Daily reports must be created in MS Excel.
- You must adhere to my client’s time zone. Typically you will start calling the Eastern time zones and then move West.
- You will be required to set a minimum of 14 phone appointments/leads a week.
- You must begin work on time due to the fact that you will be adhering to our client’s time zone. Tardiness is not acceptable in our business.
- You must have reliable internet along with access to Skpe. You must either have a good Skype headset or phone that can be used to make approximately 125 to 175 calls a day.
- You must have a reliable computer.
- A basic knowledge of SEO and the internet would be an asset but is not required.
- You will be required to read English telemarketing scripts.
- You must have very good organizational skills.
- The 14 day trial period is subjective, if you’re not able to perform the role; we reserve the right to terminate before the 14 days.
- Previous experience with telemarketing would be an asset for this role.
This role has advancement opportunities. Someone who is ambitious that has a stable work history will be required for this role.
