HR Staff
(Southern Tagalog – Calamba City, Laguna)
Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Employee and Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Training and Development, Organizational Development and Performance Management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Highly proficient in oral and written communications
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has worked in a manufacturing firm
Applicants must be willing to work in Calamba City,Laguna.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
