Store Manager

Responsible for the achievement of store objectives and operations business targets through efficient , effective and innovative leadership.

Graduate of a four-year course from a reputable university. Management course preferred but not required.
At least one year related experience preferably in a retail store. Has managed a team of at least 8 persons. Has basic operations and marketing knowledge.
Good communication skills. Able to express self well, both oral and written.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables n situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Basic financial knowledge – cost computation.
Relates well with all team members, internal and external customers.
Employee occasionally requires to do field work for courtesy calls and other store related activities.
