WESTERN COOK / SINGAPORE
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Western Food in Hot Kitchen
• Produce all items relating to the menu to the establishment standards to satisfy customers’ expectations
• Ensure the highest standard of food production and presentation at all times as per standard of performance manual and recipes
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and health and safety
• Ensure all portion controls are strictly adhered to
• Able to multi-task and take on additional duties as it arises
• Be an active team player in minimizing food wastage
• Maintain hygiene & cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensure all equipments are clean and kept properly
• Ensure kitchen operations are carried out productively and smoothly
Requirements:
• 3 years relevant experience in International Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant
• Advance Culinary Degree
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 28-35 years of age
• With pleasing personality
• Can speak good English
