Who we are: Ubertor is a Vancouver based company that specializes in software for Real Estate Agents. Our client base is mainly composed of Realtors, but we do have clients that use our services for other businesses. We believe in the virtual mantra and employ team members all over the world: from Canada, to the Dominican Republic, to the Philippines.
Our beliefs: We promote the distinction between a customer and a client. A customer buys a product once, while with a client there is a relationship. Our service oriented environment demands that our clients will smile when on the phone with you, say WOW when they read an email from you and jump at the opportunity to recommend us to their friends. We strongly believe that we must earn our clients business by offering top notch support, customer service, and best software out there.
General overview of the role – We are looking for a Phone guru that can handle:
- Welcome Calls to new clients; let’s show all our brand spankin’ new clients how to use their website and get them excited about choosing Ubertor.
- Cancellation Retention Calls for those clients that don’t think Ubertor is cool anymore (Can you save them?!).
- Support Phone Calls to Ubertor’s clients that need that extra bit of support to solve their problem.
- Weekly Webinars to show our prospective and current clients how to use their Ubertor website for a big return on investment!
What you need to be:
- Very comfortable on the phones. You enjoy talking on the phones, and being on the phone is second nature to you.
- Comfortable being on a computer and using the Internet.
- Well spoken, fluent English.
- Have a voice that will soothe our clients fears, and concerns.
- Energetic and self motivated.
- Ability to see outside the box to help clients with their problems.
- A team player. Team oriented and able to contribute to creating a positive work environment.
- Willing to work graveyard shift (22:00 – 06:00).
