Responsibilities:

During the course of your work, you will write web content, press releases, blog articles, social network site info and CRM emails. You may take on special projects, as needed.
Writing for various web users, internationally as well as targeted markets
Producing quality articles on a consistent basis
Managing deadlines and projects for multiple websites
Conceptualize, draft, execute, and maintain SEO-friendly, link worthy content
Manage and monitor online social networks daily
Build strategies to maximize brand exposure leveraging industry related news, events and celebrity association
Coordinate between various team members for task inputs and suggestions to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Writing, reading and researching knowledge on various subjects
Write and edit website content for multiple domains that meet or exceed daily quota and the company’s quality standards
Proofread and edit work to ensure near 100% accuracy
Make proper use of meta tags and keywords to ensure superior optimization

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent.
A proven high quality track record of content writing for Western audience
Preferably 2 Yrs experienced specializing in Journalist/Editor or equivalent.
Excellent English Skills required.
Required skill(s): lifestyle or technical content writing, Press release writing, proofreading, editing skills.
Preferred skill(s): HTML, web content standards, blogs, social media
Passion for gambling, automobiles, self-improvement and/or Hollywood Celebrity interest desired
Active member of several online social networking sites.
Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel.

The Web and Software Developer works with the development Team and reports to the Project Manager. The primary duties of the position include providing work estimates on development efforts, web code deliverables, database design, database scripts based on the Project/ Product requirements and specifications as provided by management.

Job Functions & Duties
1. Applies and adheres to all web/ software development team processes. Exhibits working knowledge of the web/ software development team processes.
2. Responsible for working on multiple projects simultaneously as directed by management
3. Create and document specification requirements for product development life cycle including determining appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and making relevant recommendations to management.
4. Produces project estimates including total number of development hours required, etc.
5. Works closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Responsibilities include: meeting set goals and deadlines as determined by management, and communicating to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.
6. Advanced knowledge of required programming languages: PHP, MySql, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, Putty. Other desired programming skills: SVN, SVN Tortoise, ASP.Net, Mootools. Preferrably, in a CMMI environment.
7. Desired experience in development frameworks like .NET, Ruby on Rails, Smarty, and PEAR.
8. Desired experience with a variety of database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access among others.
9. Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming-related systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining programs as specified by management.
10. investigates issues and provides work estimates on development efforts in creating fixes
11. Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
12. Participate in review and company meetings concerning projects and programs.
