Customer Service Representative for an insurance company
Candidates must be female and a graduate of Marketing/Masscom or any related courses with pleasing personality.
Job Summary:
1. Receives claim documents, notices and reports on Motor Vehicle claims
2. Registers claim into the Motorcar Claims System within 1 workday and verifies policy details (Endorsements/Coverage/Payment) on the System
3. Prints the corresponding Motorcar Claims Report (formerly RCVAS) and prepares the Motor Vehicle Claim File
4. Scans received (initial and additional) claim documents into the Visual Imaging System.
5. For claims with incomplete documents, generates first/second/third follow-up letters and follows through with telephone calls
6. Prepares a Request For Action Form to Motorcar Underwriting for claims with discrepancy on policy details within 1 workday upon receipt of claim.
7. Calls Claimant/Intermediary to advise status to claim and the assigned handling Adjuster.
8. Updates the Summary of Events through the Data Entry for Summary of Events (Query System).
9. Prepares monthly reports (Total Elapsed Time Results) – within 1st week of the succeeding month.
