Responsibilities:
Independently create the structure design, coding and testing of complex technical solutions.
Assist junior level developers in developing their skill sets.
Consistently demonstrate desire to advance web application knowledge by assuming more responsibility for resolving increasingly complex problems.
Apply Hubport methodology effectively on client engagements.
Apply knowledge of current development trends and techniques to work.
Adhere to coding standards defined by management / client.
Accurately employ office development tools.
Establish and meet deadlines and personal work plans.
Listen to others and accept input from team members and managers.
Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally and/or in writing.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Visual Basic, ASP.NET, Java, C Language, MS SQL Server, C#.
Knowledge of UI Design, JSP, IIS, MySQL, Apache, Mobile web, Photoshop, MVC, JQuery, SQL Server, .NET, HTML5 and Flash Air.
Strong understanding of production and development principles.
Superior knowledge of development tools, trends, technologies, resource usage, and best practices.
Understanding of and passion for the digital space.
Demonstrated desire to advance in web application knowledge.
Understanding of systems development lifecycle processes.
Time management skills.
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen to others.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable; able to manage shifting priorities as projects evolve.
Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant years of experience required.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
